• The itinerary is for reference only. The duration of stay at each attraction, the order of attractions, and the return time to Seoul may be adjusted depending on the actual conditions on the day.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.
• The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day before departure. Please make sure to provide an accurate and reachable WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk contact number when booking.
• For shared group tours, to avoid affecting other guests, the tour departs on time and cannot wait for latecomers. Late arrival will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or date change will be provided.
• Customer-requested cancellations made on the day before departure or on the departure date are non-refundable. If the tour cannot operate due to major natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis, cancellation and a full refund will be provided.
• Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are not included in this tour. For your travel protection, guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. The operator is not responsible for personal accidents or related losses that are outside the operator’s responsibility.
• This tour involves long-distance travel between Seoul and Danyang, and the one-way journey may take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic conditions. As the itinerary includes extended periods of travel by vehicle, please consider your personal health and physical condition carefully before booking.
• Private charter service is based on 11 hours. An overtime fee of KRW 30,000 per hour will apply.Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the tour.
• For private tours, infants and children must also be included in the total number of guests when booking. If the number of guests in the selected option does not match the actual number of participants, the tour cannot proceed. Same-day cancellations or refunds due to this reason will not be accepted.
• For private tours, up to 2 child car seats per vehicle are provided free of charge. If needed, please provide the child’s age and the number of children when making your booking.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Eligibility

• This offer is not available for Korean passport holders
• For shared group tours, children under 3 years old may join free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat in the vehicle.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed to participate in this activity alone.
• For shared group tours, a minimum of 4 participants is required. The final number of participants will be confirmed 2 days before departure. If the minimum number is not met, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation and a full refund.
