Terms & Conditions

Age Limit: Admission to the venue is free, but in accordance with Hong Kong law, alcohol consumption is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 or above. Proof of age (valid photo ID) may be requested on-site.

Package Redemption: Presale packages purchased via Klook must be redeemed on-site at the designated venue (PMQ, Central) during festival operating hours (September 11–13, 2026).

Refund Policy: All presale packages purchased on Klook are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

Payment Mode: Cash is not accepted at the venue; please prepare digital or card payment options.

Bad Weather Arrangement

Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) / Black Rainstorm Warning:

If Signal No. 8 (or higher) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory on an event day, the festival will be suspended or deferred. If the warning signal is cancelled before 3:00 PM, the venue will reopen within 2 hours after cancellation (subject to safety inspections).

If the warning signal remains in force after 3:00 PM, the festival will remain closed for the rest of that day. Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 / Yellow or Red Rainstorm Warning: The event will generally remain open, though certain workshops may temporarily close or adjust activities based on weather conditions.

Ticket / Package Compensation: If the festival is cancelled for the full day due to extreme weather (Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm), Klook package holders will be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement per official updates from the organizers and Klook. If the festival reopens after a temporary weather suspension, presale packages remain valid for use during open hours, and no refunds will be provided for that day.

Event Announcements: Official updates regarding venue operations during bad weather will be posted on the festival’s official social media channels and the Klook event page.
