A truly perfect experience; my wife and kids were very happy. The service was excellent and incredibly polite. I highly recommend all dads book this for their wives and children so you can relax nearby. The haircutting skills are great, and the service is wonderful; there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The environment is perfect, and it's wheelchair-friendly. I think we'll come back every six months from now on.

NOIR HAIR was definitely a next-level salon experience compared with what I’ve experienced in the States! I didn’t catch my stylist’s name, but he was extremely attentive and thorough in explaining the process for coloring and cutting my hair. I was impressed to see two stylists working together to color and treat my hair—such a smart way to reduce chair time. After my cut, my stylist and another stylist also worked together to straighten and finish my hair. The ladies who rinsed my hair were amazing. Who doesn’t love a good scalp massage? 😊 The second rinse included an additional treatment that was recommended, and I was lying on a massage bed while they rinsed and treated my hair. So relaxing! From beginning to end, the attention to detail and level of service were exceptional. If you’re visiting Korea and want to experience another level of customer service at a hair salon, I highly recommend NOIR HAIR!
