- If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication 1 hour before the activity
- In the event of a Yellow or Red Rainstorm Warning, or a Standby Signal No. 1, the cruise service will operate as usual. If a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before departure, the cruise will be canceled. Passengers can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule. If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning during the voyage, the cruise will immediately return to the boarding location for dismissal
- Please arrive at the scheduled time and location in advance for registration and boarding. If you arrive at the wrong location, boarding may not be accommodated
- To ensure a more comfortable journey, please remember to bring your own personal supplies, such as motion sickness medication, insect repellent, sunglasses, sun hats, and sunscreen, as these will not be provided on board
