Traveler reviews
Visited Burj Khalifa Level 124 & 125 for the sunrise slot, and it was truly a magical experience. Reaching the top between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM felt peaceful and less crowded, making it the perfect time to enjoy the breathtaking views. Watching the sun slowly rise over Dubai’s skyline, casting golden hues across the city, was absolutely unforgettable. The early morning atmosphere adds a calm and serene vibe that you don’t get during regular hours. The views of the city waking up, along with the soft morning light, make it a dream for photography lovers and anyone looking for a unique experience. The complimentary café treats were a lovely bonus. Enjoying a hot coffee along with a donut/cookie. Booking tickets through Klook made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially for the sunrise slot, as it offers a more peaceful and premium experience.
The Burj Khalifa was an amazing experience, one for the ages. I really enjoyed going up to the top of the Burj Khalifa and just experiencing the view. The views were spectacular. It was worth the money, and I got my money's worth. However, go early so you do not get stuck in a long queue. That would be my suggestion.
When you visit Dubai, it is a must to go to Burj Khalifa. Sinelce there are lots of visitors, we lined up for 3 to 4 hours. Just frustrating. if it's not for experience, we will not proceed going there. the view though is breathtaking and the speed of the elevator is fantastic!
At The Top, Burj Khalifa is one of the most breathtaking experiences in Dubai. Riding the world’s fastest elevator and stepping out onto the observation deck feels surreal as the entire city unfolds beneath your feet. From glittering skyscrapers to the endless desert and Arabian Gulf, every direction offers a stunning view. Sunrise from the 124th floor is especially magical, with soft golden light slowly illuminating Dubai’s skyline. The experience is well organized, smooth, and truly memorable. Whether it’s your first time in Dubai or a return visit, At The Top is a must-do that gives you a whole new perspective of this incredible city. 🏙️✨
Booked the Burj Khalifa At the Top (Level 124 & 125) off-peak tickets through Klook, and the family of four successfully reached the top, an amazing experience! Highly recommend buying tickets through Klook, convenient and saves money. Booking is super easy Klook's interface is clear, select the date and time (we chose around 4 pm), and immediately receive the electronic voucher after payment. It's cheaper than the official website, and you can avoid the hassle of queuing to buy tickets on-site. The voucher can be scanned directly for entry, the process is smooth. The tower ascent is quick Enter from the Dubai Mall LG level entrance, the elevator is super fast (less than 1 minute to the 124th floor). Along the way, there is a light show introducing the construction process of the Burj Khalifa, which fascinated the children. The 124th+125th floor views are shocking The 124th floor has indoor and outdoor viewing platforms, with a 360-degree view of Dubai's panorama: Downtown, fountains, desert, and sea views are all unobstructed. The 125th floor is more exquisitely decorated, with Arabic-style decorations. The children excitedly used binoculars to look into the distance and had a great time. We stayed for about 1 hour, slowly taking pictures and enjoying the view. Small highlights Free photos are provided (photos can be purchased on-site), and there is also a small souvenir shop. The staff was very friendly and helped us take a lot of family photos. Minor shortcomings The outdoor area is windy and hot (depending on the weather), it is recommended to bring a light jacket. Peak periods may be more crowded, we were wise to choose off-peak. There is no catering on the floors. Summary: Burj Khalifa At the Top is a must-see attraction in Dubai! Booking through Klook saves time and effort, the price is transparent, and the electronic ticket is super convenient. Next time, I want to try the 148th floor VIP version~ definitely worth a visit!
Must visit in Dubai. Awesome experience. There was a wait time/moving queue due to peak season (even though we chose non prime time) for nearly 30 minutes before we got into high speed lift to the top. Dubai Aquarium is also a must visit
The fine dining experience was wonderful. You’re treated like a VIP as the staff personally escort you to The Burj Club. Watching the fountain show from such a close distance was definitely a bonus. Going up to the top at night was equally amazing, and I even managed to catch the fountain show from the top view. Truly an unforgettable experience and highly recommended.
I had a great experience celebrating the 54th UAE Day at the top of Burj Khalifa. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a flag of the UAE. The elevator was fast and smooth. A little bit crowded due to the holidays. I feel overwhelmed by how pretty the buildings are that I have seen.
