- For standard packages, we will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers: For groups of 9 or fewer, we will arrange a small car with a driver to guide the tour. For groups of under 20, we will arrange a minibus. For groups of 21 or more, we will arrange a large bus. We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type, so please be aware.
- To ensure a smooth trip for you and your fellow travelers, please be sure to confirm the meeting location and time in advance to avoid being late on the day of the tour. No refunds will be given for those who are late and unable to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- As the day trip is relatively long, there may be traffic or weather conditions that affect the schedule. Please do not arrange any important activities for the evening, such as flights, Shinkansen, overnight buses, fine dining, or performances. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays affecting subsequent arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
- This product is a shared ride tour. Please do not be late for the meeting location or attractions. We will not wait for latecomers and no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
- For standard packages, each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you do not notify us one day in advance, bringing luggage on the day of the tour may cause overcrowding and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may adjust ride or show times or even cancel certain activities without prior notice.
- As grape ripening dates vary from year to year, the taste of the grapes may not be consistent.
- This itinerary may also be adjusted due to weather or other reasons. For safety reasons, staff members have the right to recommend that guests discontinue outdoor activities and switch to other arrangements, depending on the conditions on the day.
- The transportation, tour, and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions. - Please note: This product is a group tour, and you may be in the same vehicle as tourists who speak other languages. Thank you for your understanding.
- It is not permitted to leave the group early or to leave the tour midway. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and no refunds will be given. If the official announcement of the cancellation has not been released, we will proceed as planned.

- Regarding seating arrangements, we will do our best to meet your needs. However, as this is a shared ride tour, seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please indicate them when placing your order. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's allocation on the day.
