• Pickup starts around 7:00 AM on Day 1 and drop-off in Marrakech is around 6:00 PM on Day 3, subject to traffic and stop conditions

• Desert weather varies greatly with hot days and cold nights, especially in winter, so please bring suitable clothing
• Camel rides are included, and a 4×4 transfer to and from the camp is available on request at no extra cost
• Luggage is transported safely in the vehicle
• Vegetarian or Vegan or Gluten free meals are available

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• The following items are prohibited: illegal substances
• Pets are prohibited

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
