He was always attentive and tried his best to accommodate all our reasonable requests, adjusting the pace appropriately so we never felt rushed at any attraction. The vehicle provided by the tour was spacious, clean and very comfortable, ensuring a smooth ride between different scenic spots without any fatigue. We were blessed with gorgeous sunny weather on the day, which perfectly showcased the stunning coastal and city views of Busan. Hans is very personable and made us feel very welcome. he shared a lot of great information and related to his life as a typical Korean person. gave many great tips for us, especially after he realized that we had already been here awhile and done some research on things to see. A++!

Hanz was very attentive and thorough. His explanations were very detailed, and he accompanied us and provided commentary throughout the entire trip. If you can't book the Capsule Train, I highly recommend booking this tour directly. It's a group of about 6-8 people, and the vehicle is very spacious and comfortable.
