Legend of the Seas Cruise by Royal Caribbean

Booking Restriction

• Important: All guests are required to have their passports valid for at least 6 months to onboard the cruise
• Note: Rooms will be automatically assigned based on availability and there will be no request for side by side or handicap accessible selection.
• Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is 18 years old and above, for more information on Royal Caribbean’s International Age Policy
• National ID cards issued in the European Union (EU) & European Economic Area (EEA) are accepted for travel to Schengen countries only and must be valid for at least three months from the return date. Some itineraries may include a port of call outside the Schengen area. For those sailings, national ID cards will not be accepted, and passports are required for travel.
• UK citizens (including children and infants) must have their own full 10 year (5 year for children) passport with at least 3 months validity from the end of the cruise on sailings in the EU (Schengen area). On sailings leaving the EU (Schengen area): passport must be valid for 6 months after return home.
• Foreign Guest is to be responsible for the VISA requirements like Schengen Visa.
• Travel Insurance is highly recommended to insure guest from any cancellation of cruise due to any medical reasons (i.e. COVID etc.)

Additional Information

• Please read through and acknowledge Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy & Health Acknowledgement before booking the cruises
• Smoking is only permitted at designated open deck areas and stateroom/suite balconies
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to be served alcohol, enter the Casino or play any monetary-based games of chance
• An Onboard Expense Account, also known as your SeaPass onboard account, is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. Depending on your ship, SeaPass cards are handed out at the pier or will be in your stateroom waiting for you

Infant Policy

• Any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the Cruise/Tour

Pregnant Policy

• Any Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise
• A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy

Cancellation Policy

• Cruises cancelled prior to the sail date may be subject to a cancellation charge. The amount of the charge will vary depending on how far in advance the Operator receives notice of cancellation, as detailed here

Register and Check In:

• Please remember to do your online check-in before boarding the cruise ships using the Royal Caribbean App iPhone or Android at least 14 days prior to sail date

Check In & Baggage Drop Off

• Porters will be available to receive baggage to be checked prior to check-in at Molo Vespucci and Adossat Terminal
• Guests are recommended to arrive at the port for ship check-in formalities beginning at the boarding time stated in your cruise documents but no later than 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled sail time

How to Get There

Civitavecchia (Rome)

From Fiumicino International Airport (also known as Leonardo Da Vinci Airport):

-Take the Autostrada E80/A12 – Roma-Civitavecchia -Exit at Civitavecchia Sud -Follow the signs to the Sardinia Ferries -Entrance personnel will provide any further details -Once inside the port, signage posted throughout will direct guests to their assigned terminal

Barcelona

From El Prat International Airport (BCN) to pier (10 miles, about 40 minutes):

-Exit the airport and take the road to Barcelona City -Once there, take the Ronda Litoral ring road and take the exit marked PUERTO -Turn right and then follow the signs for PUERTO -Ships are berthed at Adossat Terminal (Moll Adossat)
