Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: Day of departure ~ 2 days before departure, cancellation not refundable. 3 days before departure, 50% cancellation. 4 days before departure, 30% cancellation. 5 days before departure, full refund.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 7 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
