• The access road to Moraine Lake is closed between early October and late May each year due to avalanche risk; the exact dates of closure vary each year depending on the weather conditions
• Early-summer season and late-summer season bookings will not include Moraine Lake but will instead spend 1 hour at Lake Louise
• There will be one stop at each of the lakes: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. At every stop, you will have the opportunity to get off the bus and stretch your legs, with all viewpoints just a short walk away. The Rockpile at Moraine Lake is an optional, easy short trail of less than 500 meters that offers fantastic views, and both lakes feature easy, flat shoreline walks
• By participating in a tour, guests are acknowledging that they understand that the operator may take video and photographs of them during their tour. These videos and photographs may be used in promotional materials, including, but not limited to, social media
• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed
• Luggage or large bags are not allowed
