Worst local tour experience ever. The local tour company was Banana Group. I've traveled to dozens of countries for decades and taken many local tours, but this is the first time I've had such a ridiculously bad experience. They unilaterally changed the 5 AM meeting time to 4:20 AM, notifying me only by email late the afternoon before departure, effectively moving the time up by 40 minutes. I arrived at the meeting point at 4:40 AM, but couldn't find the guide. After much difficulty, I found another Banana Group guide and complained.
