Information on guided tours:

• Guided tours departs every 30 minutes, from 09:30 to 16:00
• The duration of each tour varies depending on the level and distance of each trail
• The duration can range from 1 to 4 hours of hiking through the forests of Arvi Park
• The tours will depart from the Interpretation Center of El Tambo (Located at the Arvi Tourist Cable Arrival)
• Pets are welcome in the park under these conditions:
• Pets must be on their collar and chain, or carried by a responsible adult at all times
• The dog must be muzzled if it's a medium, large, or considered a dangerous breed
• All the needs that the pet may generate must be cleaned up, picked up and disposed of properly
• Pets are not allowed in the Arvi Market area, nor in food establishments
• Pets must stay on a collar and on the designated path to avoid any damage to the flora and fauna of the area
• Pet's vaccination card must be carried along
• The owner will be solely responsible for any damage or harm your pet may cause or suffer

Rules and regulation:

• Safety: Please stay on designated trails and always remain with a guide or park offier onsite
• Fire safety: Open fires and campfires are strictly prohibited; cooking is only permitted in the Scenic Kilometer zone
• Waste management: Take trash with you or use designated recycling points

Prohibited activities:

• It is a prohibited to extract any natural resources (Moss, topsoil, fauna, or farm products) from the forest
• Access to the water sources is prohibited
• Trespassing is prohibited
• Resource protection: Pruning trees for firewood or trafficking plant or animal species
• Conduct: Smoking, fighting, or damaging park signage and facilities
