- Minimum weight requirement (Ripley's Mountain Coaster): 170.10 kg (375 pounds per cart if track is dry), 149.69 kg (330 pounds per cart if track is wet)
- Minimum height requirement (Ripley's Mountain Coaster): Children aged 3-9 must be at least 96.52 cm (38 inches) tall and must be accompanied by a companion who is aged 16+ and 137.20 cm tall (54 inches)
- Wheelchairs & strollers are available at Guest Services
- Standard strollers are permitted. Restricted strollers include wagons, wagon strollers, side by side strollers, push cars, and ride-ons are not permitted
- Exemptions: Visitors requiring specialty strollers or wagons for medical or sensory purpose are exempt from this policy
- Assistive devices: Earphones and noise-minimizing headphones are available for rent with a valid ID
- Braille guidebooks and subtitles in video displays are offered onsite
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
