Had our tour with Deyse and she was absolutely amazing! She was clear with her instructions and went above and beyond in my opinion. From the start of the tour she provided information about Munich then lead into the history of the area we were going to. Along the journey she recommended great places to eat, how to get the best out of our journey and always with a smile. I'd book again just for the experience she provided, highly recommmend

Recommended trip. Diana our tour guide is amazing. Diana is from Brazil. I feel that the trip is a bit rush. Anyway I've lost my way to the bus. It took me 15 extra minutes to find the bus. The bus driver was really patient and they all waited for me. I was apologetic coz I was not clear with the instruction.

if you cancell a tour and ask for alternative dates. please advise if that date is ok. no notification from klook, even spoke with representative online and still no confirmation. had to ring the bus company themselves to see if date was ok. very poor customer service. overall trip and experience excellent.
