The Xcaret ferry ride to Cozumel itself was great! Running every 30 minutes with an Open Ticket for the day, was perfect for us! BUT!! The Klook side of it, was terrible! What you purchase is a Voucher/Coupon for a Ticket, Not the Ticket itself, which we discovered after heading directly to the Ferry, skipping the Ticket lines .. bad idea! We were turned away, (missing our Ferry!!!) and had to go back to the Ticket lines, where everyone was confused by the Klook Voucher Code, we had to stand in the standard line to purchase Tickets, and that person was also confused by the Klook Code /Voucher, but they finally gave us “actual” Tickets for the Ferry, where we got back in line for the Ferry, and caught the next available Ferry to Cozumel, all was good from that point on, Yay!! The seas were quiet and we even saw Flying Fish on the way! But unfortunately it was pouring rain while we were in Cozumel that day 🙁 experience:
