Other Reminders
- Regarding room sharing, for single sign-ups who agree to share a room, our agency will not charge a single room supplement regardless of whether room sharing is ultimately achieved. The roommate may be a tourist from this tour group, a tourist from another tour group, or the driver. If you do not agree to share, you must pay the single room supplement. For single sign-ups who request to stay alone, the single room supplement must be paid in full.
- Regarding accommodation: Hotel twin rooms are arranged by default, with 2 adults per room. If you do not choose to share a room and are traveling with an odd number of adults on this itinerary, please be sure to purchase 1 "Single Room Supplement"; traveling alone will arrange a separate room for you; traveling with 3 adults, purchase an additional 1 "Single Room Supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you.
- Regarding hotels, most of Xinjiang consists of tourist scenic areas, and the hotels are basically tourism reception hotels, mostly standard twin rooms. We cannot guarantee single rooms or triple rooms. Because Xinjiang's economy is relatively underdeveloped compared to the interior of the country, the overall condition and standard of hotels are lower than those in the interior, and cannot be compared with first-, second-, and third-tier cities; hotels in towns, mountainous areas, and scenic spots are one to two grades lower than city hotels.
- Regarding luggage, regular business vehicles are limited to one 24-inch suitcase per person, first class allows a 26-28 inch suitcase, and 1+1 first class allows a 30-inch suitcase.
- There is a time difference of about 2 hours between Xinjiang and most cities in the mainland, please adjust your schedule. The temperature difference between day and night in Urumqi is relatively large, so please add clothes in time. Keep your personal documents safe.
- For the long-distance drive, this trip includes a complimentary comfortable travel set (U-shaped pillow, Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, and hand warmers). Please bring your own snacks. Entering mountain tunnels, the temperature may drop. The flowering period is affected by natural factors; if the pear blossoms are not yet in full bloom, adjustments will be made to enjoy other spring landscapes.
- Apricot blossom groves are mostly in the wild or countryside. Please do not trample on farmland at will and take care of the trees. Respect the local ethnic minority customs and obtain consent before taking pictures.
- Please maintain order when visiting the museum. While exploring the alleys of the old town, pay attention to your belongings and inquire about prices politely.
- When hiking in Wensu Grand Canyon, please wear comfortable and non-slip hiking shoes. Pay attention to sun protection and wind-blown sand protection, and carry enough drinking water. Follow the guide's instructions within the scenic area and do not venture deep into undeveloped areas. Tacun has a higher altitude and lower temperatures, so prepare a jacket.
- It is windy by the lake, so please take precautions against the wind and keep warm. When participating in water activities, be sure to pay attention to safety and wear a life jacket properly.
- Xinjiang has a dry climate, so drink plenty of water and pay attention to sun protection (high-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, hats). Be moderate in your diet, and it is recommended to keep gastrointestinal medicine on hand. Signal reception is unstable in some areas, so please inform your family of your travel itinerary in advance. Respect all ethnic groups and religious beliefs.
- This itinerary is heavily dependent on the spring blossoming period, and the actual viewing effect is greatly influenced by the climate of that year. The travel agency will optimize and adjust the flower viewing spots based on actual conditions while ensuring a good experience. The order of the itinerary may be reasonably adjusted due to factors such as weather, road conditions, and policies, but the number of attractions will not be reduced.
- There is no age limit for guests. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; pregnant women and seniors over 75 must be accompanied by someone. Foreign guests may join group tours (those aged 70-75 must be accompanied by an immediate family member).
- Regarding meals, the carpooling product does not include main meals for the entire trip, only breakfast. If the hotel does not include breakfast, the tour leader will arrange breakfast for the guests, executed at a standard of 20 RMB per person. Prices in scenic areas are relatively high; lunch averages 50-60 RMB per person, and dinner ordering averages 80-100 RMB per person.
- Some scenic spot tickets are eligible for discounts or free admission, and refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the tour concludes; (Note: In the event that the scenic spot's internal shuttle buses are not operating, our agency will arrange for the tour guide to drive into the scenic spot. An equivalent shuttle bus fee will be incurred; no shuttle bus fee will be refunded, and tourists will not be required to pay any price difference).
- Carpooling is not a private charter; vehicle models cannot be specified, and seats must be rotated daily.
- Drones are a complimentary value-added service provided free of charge, with no extra fees eligible for a refund. Please be advised.
