Zira Spa Experience in Chiang Mai

The spa is quite big and seems to be converted from a hotel before. We had a foot soak before the spa then were led behind and upstairs. The rooms had a glass door to prevent noise and was very spacious. My partner and I had the aroma massage and though it felt strong at first but we fell asleep. would come again

We were a group of four, but only three of us had massages, but they were willing to arrange transportation for four people to the massage center and transport them together. Luggage! Tee at the front desk was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. The massage therapist was truly professional, she paid close attention to my requests, skillfully avoiding the areas I asked to skip while giving extra focus to the spots that needed more work. It’s clear they really listen to their guests. The towels and bed linens were spotless, and I loved the scent of the essential oils they used. Overall, a top-notch experience, highly recommend!

During this trip to Chiang Mai, I booked 3 massage shops through Klook, and my husband and I both agreed that this one was the best. Because I sit for long periods, my shoulders and back were very uncomfortable. I asked the masseuse to massage my shoulders and back with more pressure. She carefully worked on my sore spots, which relaxed my shoulders and back. Before and after the massage, the shop provided a private car for hotel pick-up and drop-off. Because we happened to be changing hotels that day, we brought our luggage with us to the massage. After the massage, they also provided a private car to take us to our hotel, saving us the trouble of finding the hotel. Because we had a child with us who didn't want a massage, the shop allowed him to stay in the room with us and even gave him a glass of water. Before and after the massage, there were drinks and snacks, and the shop thoughtfully prepared an extra portion for my child. The shop's service was excellent. Because the shop has airport transfers, I originally wanted to go again before my flight, but unfortunately, the timing didn't work out. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I will definitely choose this shop again.

I got a massage with 3 friends. The private space was nice and the staff was friendly, which was nice. The massage therapists had slightly different satisfaction levels based on our subjective opinion (some were good and skilled, while others felt like they lacked experience). The refreshments they gave us after the massage were nice. The coconut bread in particular was really soft and delicious. I wanted to ask where I could buy it... I still remember it.
