Reviews
what a cool experience, the staff were great at explaining everything and Asakura is a beautiful quiet place with lots of shopping but way less people than Tokyo
a bit of a walk -into a relatively quiet neighborhood … this chopstick making workshop was one of the highlights of our trip. our teacher - Yuka was patient and really made an effort to teach us and share the history of it all. it was wonderful having her. Thenwhole family spent quality time and had a blast. we also engraved our names in Japanese ( for an extra charge which was told to us earlier)-it was totally worth it.
