Pre-Departure Reminder:

• We will send you a confirmation email after 3:00 PM the day before your trip. This email will include the meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox carefully (it may go to your spam folder).
• If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting location on time on the day of departure. Late arrivals will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be given.
• If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide and join the itinerary group based on the information in the email for timely communication.
• Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you promptly.
• Small group tours are conducted with a Chinese-speaking driver who also serves as a tour guide, offering self-guided tours. Due to language service limitations, Japanese and English services only provide pick-up and drop-off time reminders and explanations of corresponding scenic spot names. Full Japanese/English tour guidance or in-depth explanation services are not provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take good care of your belongings and try not to carry valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The journey may be long. If there is a traffic jam, please be patient. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent expenses caused by traffic delays, so please understand.
• Infants aged 0–2 years old are free of charge without occupying a seat, but you must inform us in advance to avoid the driver refusing service due to vehicle overload.
• If some attractions are closed on specific dates, we will arrange alternative attractions for you. We may not be able to notify you in advance, so please understand.
• If the number of participants is less than 6, the activity will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund, so please understand.
• If you encounter force majeure factors such as special weather conditions, the event will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund, so please understand.
• In winter, roads are greatly affected by the weather. In case of severe weather, the duration of stay at some attractions may be shortened or canceled. The actual situation on site shall prevail.
