Reviews
We had a great and relaxed day tour in Begonia Bird Park, Alpaca and Sheep ranch, and Water Garden in Gapyeong. I would highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a less tiring itinerary. We enjoyed the magical and dreamy flower exhibition and encoutered the birds. We also had fun in feeding the sheep and alpacas. Lastly, we had a serene walking tour around Bukhan river. Our tour guide, Addie, has been very helpful and exceptional. He took our photos and videos, accompanied us in every locations, and even joined us in having our lunch (unlimited Dak Galbi which btw is delicious). We are so glad we booked this tour.
It was so nice seeing beautiful flowers, birds, and even alpacas and sheep all in one day. Coming from the busy city of Seoul to Gapyeong felt like the perfect healing getaway. And It's such a romantic place!!! Highly recommend for couples more!
Genuinely felt like a local discovering hidden gems lol. These places were so much trendier than the usual tourist spots. Technically it’s a tour, but it just felt like hanging out in really cool spots. Loved the balance between the gorgeous Bird Garden and the peaceful Water Garden. Our guide even showed us the exact angle for the willow tree photo haha. Best value day tour near Seoul for sure.
This time, to avoid the overly crowded Nami Island, I chose this quieter Gapyeong route for my family, and it turned out to be perfect for a family trip. First, we visited Begonia Bird Park, an indoor garden where we didn't have to worry about the sun. My elderly family members absolutely loved the abundance of flowers. Next, we went to Alpaca & Sheep Ranch, where we fed alpacas and sheep on the lush green hills. The animals were very gentle, making it especially suitable for kids. Finally, we took a leisurely stroll along the river at Water Garden, enjoying the beautiful scenery and the breeze. The whole pace was very relaxing. If you're traveling with seniors and children and want to avoid crowds, a trip here is truly enjoyable and not tiring at all.
It was a fantastic experience; we had a great time! Our guide, David, was attentive and helpful. It was a real healing day. Thank you :)
