The receptionist doesn't greet guests proactively and doesn't smile. Even when a guest is standing in front of them, they don't ask if the guest needs help. During check-in, the receptionist doesn't confirm if breakfast has been ordered, nor do they proactively mention where to eat or what proof is needed to have breakfast, etc. The attitude is terrible. I suggest changing to self-check-in; there's no difference compared to having a receptionist. Also, delivery drivers can deliver items directly to the rooms, which seems complicated. I hope there will be a time limit or a ban on going directly to the rooms.
