Seamless and wonderful experience. 罗师傅 our driver is very friendly, drives safely and our journey was pleasant. He helped us with our ticket redemption. Gulong Gorge is beautiful especially near the waterfall. We were there on a Monday and hence it wasn't too crowded and no queue was required. Cliff coaster is fun and we enjoyed ourselves.
This day trip is quite an experience and lots of fun. enjoy the activities and the timing is just nice. it came with VIP access hence after the river rafting, get to shower at the VIP lounge with free drinks and snacks, free bath towel.
It’s a great experience here. Love playing the roller coaster and gorge car. Really fun, but some cannot play due to weather. It’s raining when we came
Driver tends to change lane. Place scenery not bad but we got bitten by mosquitoes 😅 Overall ok
It's very, very worth visiting, especially the rafting, which is incredibly fun. The QQ Speed Kart is very much like a real-life Mario Kart, with lots of 180-degree sharp turns. The Cliff Racer is also quite fun and very fast. However, if you go on a holiday, I highly recommend buying VIP access, otherwise, you'll be waiting in line so long you'll question your life choices.

Very wonderful experienced. Our service was clean i was expecting a Big van but anyway our Driver Mr Wu was very nice and formal. He helped us if we have questions, he did not leave us not until we are settled. He gave us all our tickets and told us what to do. Our travel was smooth Very highly recommended.

- The guide for the large group tour will explain and communicate in Chinese throughout the trip. Tourists who cannot communicate in Chinese should carefully consider whether to participate in the large group tour.
- Due to the large number of tourists participating in the large group tour, please follow the itinerary for sightseeing and cooperate with the guide's work.
- Foreign tourists: When participating in the large group tour, please hold a Chinese mainland mobile phone number so that you can receive notifications from the tour leader and driver in a timely manner. The large group tour itinerary only provides Chinese services. Please consider your own situation carefully before choosing to participate.
- Foreign tourists: If you do not have a Chinese mainland mobile phone number, please contact customer service the day before departure, provide a screenshot of your WeChat QR code to add the customer service WeChat. Other contact methods are not supported at this time.
- Foreign tourists: Participating in the large group tour, if you fail to check WeChat message reminders in time, miss the departure or return gathering, resulting in the inability to follow the group, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- The large group tour guide will notify guests of the gathering time and location around 19:00 the day before the tour. On the day of the tour, tourists need to go to the gathering location at least 20 minutes in advance. If you are late and miss the itinerary, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for the consequences.
- The exclusive private car package does not include a tour guide. The driver will give a brief explanation and can assist with ticket purchases. If you need tour guide services, please choose the package that includes a tour guide according to your needs.
- The driver will use translation software or WeChat translation to communicate with you. Please note that the driver also acts as the driver and guide, but cannot accompany you for sightseeing or provide tour guide services. The itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations will be notified via WeChat.
- Group tours are arranged by picking up along the way with fixed boarding and alighting points, not private one-on-one cars. The same route is picked up and dropped off in order, and requests for separate route changes are not accepted.
- The driver will communicate in English when necessary, using only simple English via mobile translation software or WeChat translation.
- If you choose a package that includes a Chinese or English-speaking tour guide, the tour guide will accompany you into the scenic area throughout the entire trip.
- Small car group tours require a minimum of 2 people to form a group, and bus group tours can be booked starting from 1 person.
- Tickets for scenic spots are purchased using real names. On the day of the tour, you must carry your original valid passport or ID card.
- Elderly people over 65 years old should participate in the large group tour according to their own health conditions, and must be accompanied by family members or friends, and sign the "Health Certificate" and "Disclaimer". We cannot host elderly people over 75 years old.
- The actual reception of the travel agency's tour group by tourists shall be subject to the "Tourist Opinion Feedback Form" filled out on the spot. Please fill it out carefully and truthfully, as this will serve as the basis for our agency's tour reception quality and complaint handling.
- Please do not wear valuable jewelry for recreational items. The scenic area will not compensate for lost items. It is recommended to remove valuable jewelry in advance and store them in a locker.
