I had an acne treatment done, and my skin was really enflamed the day I came in. but, the treatment made my skin feel so much better! I’m writing this the day after, and my skin looks and feels so much healthier! the staff are really nice and were able to communicate with me well enough in English. they even gave me three free face masks when I was done. I definitely recommend this clinic!!

My two friends and I booked the Glass Skin Glow Treatment (Mootlox) for 5 PM, costing HKD684. Upon arrival, a Mandarin-speaking staff member repeatedly claimed we didn't have a booking. After we showed our confirmation QR code, it took several discussions before they finally allowed us to proceed. She then informed us that since we weren't getting a medical aesthetic treatment, we wouldn't receive a skin analysis. We even had to wash our own faces. In the end, the entire process lasted only 14 minutes. (We took photos from the first step to the final mask application while lying on the bed, so we could accurately calculate the time.) The beauty bed didn't even have a pillow. Because we were the last customers, they turned off the lights before we even left. The whole experience was very disappointing; it was a complete waste of time and money. This is a dishonest establishment, please do not patronize them.

The service was terrible, and the product was not as described. I booked through Klook, and initially, they said my reservation was canceled and no further action could be taken. After about 10 minutes of arguing, I was finally able to get the treatment, but I had to wash my face myself at the sink first. There was no skin analysis, consultation, or deep cleansing whatsoever. Furthermore, the beauty bed didn't even have a pillow; only a towel was placed under my head. After using a serum machine for 5 minutes, I was given a dollar-store sheet mask. The entire treatment only lasted 14 minutes.
