The banquet area is themed “Yingtian Grand Banquet.” All dishes are based on traditional Luoyang cuisine, incorporating characteristics of Silk Road food culture, rejecting the monotonous “palace set meal.” You can savor Luoyang’s hot water-seat dishes, prepared with ancient methods, paired with flavored snacks from the Western Regions, experiencing the culinary fusion of the Sui and Tang dynasties, where “the Silk Road reached the Divine Capital, and delicacies gathered beneath the gate towers.” The stage will host a cultural performance exclusive to Luoyang. He Luo Dagu inheritors will recount the historical legends of Yingtian Gate with their rich singing. During the Tang Sancai firing technique demonstration, artisans will sketch glazes on-site, vividly presenting the thousand-year charm of “Luoyang Sancai.” A “Guochao” (national trend) band will perform ancient-style music with modern arrangements, where traditional singing and electronic melodies collide to create unique sparks.
