The quoted price for tourism products is a package discount price. If tourists hold discount certificates or voluntarily cancel items, scenic spots with tickets will be refunded based on the difference between the travel agency's team preferential ticket price and the actual cost incurred.
If you voluntarily cancel this itinerary after 21:00 (inclusive) 1 day before the departure date, you will need to bear the loss of the seat fee of 198 yuan/person. This fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Complimentary items will be canceled if they cannot be arranged due to objective reasons, and no fees will be refunded; in the event of holidays or special receptions in scenic spots that prevent visits during normal scenic spot opening hours, scenic spots with tickets will be refunded based on the travel agency's team preferential ticket price. No compensation will be given for scenic spots without tickets.
Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for the losses and responsibilities caused thereby, and the resulting expenses shall be borne by the guest.

If the scenic spot/attraction is closed and cannot be visited, no other attractions will be added, and no compensation will be given. Quzi Temple is closed on Mondays, and no other attractions will be added. Complimentary items will be canceled if they cannot be arranged due to objective reasons, and no fees will be refunded.
Discounted tickets will be refunded on the spot: Half-price tickets will be refunded 10 yuan/person, and free tickets will be refunded 40 yuan/person (Yueyang Tower + Quzi Cultural Park package ticket)
Itinerary meals: Meals are not included throughout the journey.
Shopping: There are no designated shopping shops throughout the journey. Each scenic spot has a shopping area, which is a basic commercial facility in the scenic spot and is not a designated shopping shop by the travel agency. Please carefully identify, choose carefully, and consume rationally. If consumer rights are violated, our company will assist and cooperate with you in handling related matters, but will not bear any related responsibilities.
Liability insurance: Our company includes travel agency liability insurance. Accident insurance is purchased separately by the group travel agency or tourists voluntarily. In the event of an accident, the insurance company will pay compensation according to the terms of the insurance contract (it is recommended that the group travel agency must include accident insurance. Participating in this itinerary means that the group travel agency has purchased accident insurance for the guests).
