We were very happy to be guided by an experienced tour guide like Son Nguyen, starting from his skill in managing emotions when dealing with complaints about traffic jams during holidays, setting a reasonable time to complete the trip in Nihn Binh. He also took the time to accompany our trip and help us take photos. We can't give any meaningful tips, only best wishes for the success and success of Mr. Son. Hopefully we will have a soulmate to return to Vietnam again, especially Ninh Binh. Perhaps in the future, input so that we can be given time to buy souvenirs on site for more memories. We realized that due to yesterday's traffic, our trip was delayed and returned to Hanoi at almost 10 pm.
Ninh Binh was super nice and definitely worth visiting. The views were really beautiful, and the boat ride was very relaxing. It was a bit tiring as a day tour, but overall it was fun and super worth it.
We enjoyed every item of the itinerary especially the boat trip. We were impressed by the enthusiasm of our guide, Ben. He has also been kind and helpful the whole time. Our driver was friendly and professional, and he drove smoothly and safely.
brilliant tour! it more than exceeded our expectations! A must do while in Hanoi, early start but well worth it! our guide was fab and it all felt quite relaxed despite the schedule! it was my favourite day so far! the climb was quite the workout for those with short legs but worth it! the boat ride was the stand out but every bit was great! lunch was typical buffet, bit bland but enough choice to fill up for energy! our guide Day was fab, thank you!
This tour had few reviews so I decided to check it out to see how it would turn out. I wasn't disappointed at all. In fact, it turned out to be a great tour. I enjoyed thoroughly, especially the boating part. That was the best part. Boating underneath the mountains in the caves was a thrilling experience. Lunch was super delicious and we did great justice to it. The trekking up to the temples in Ninh Bin in the morning was nice but one hour time felt a bit rushed as there are too many people walking up and down and we need to go slow. The Bai Dinh temples were so beautiful. Dusk had fallen when we got there so we could see the temples in their full splendor with the lights on. I could feel the sacredness of the place as I looked around. Of course, the tour could not have been a beautiful experience had it not been for our wonderful guide. He was informative and amusing at times and made sure that we were all comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful tour.
Super nice experience from pick-up to our hotel to drop-off, the food pls upgrade or add up, the whole experience is fun❤️The service is clean & new, The tour guide is nice.
everything was so well planned however we found the boat tour went just a tad too long. maybe if we had a private boat it might have been different. be prepared to sweat and make sure you take every opportunity to use the rest rooms!! the food was delicious and so much variety. our guide Sun was hilarious and really made the day.
Really enjoyed this tour — such a full and beautiful day! The highlight for me was Trang An, the boat ride is just stunning. Also Bai Dinh pagoda is super impressive, especially the huge Buddha statue. Mua Cave is definitely worth it too — the view at the top is amazing (a bit of a climb, but worth it). Overall, a great mix of nature and culture
We had an amazing time for this Ninh Binh tour! Even though they only have 3 good reviews on klook, we chose this package because all three of that was very good, and aoh boy, this did not disappoint. Our guide, Willy, was truly exceptional, he is very knowledgeable about every place we visited, incredibly accommodating, and full of good energy throughout the trip. He is also very helpful of other tourists not in our group, which shows his very good heart. One of the highlights was him playing the flute at the end of the tour… absolutely mesmerizing and the perfect way to close the day. The bus was also a pleasant surprise. It’s a special reclining-seat bus that made the entire journey so comfortable. The tour itself was perfect and ticked all the boxes for us. If there’s one thing we’d change, it would be the restaurant choice. We wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for higher-quality food. Overall, highly recommended—an unforgettable experience made even better by an outstanding guide!
The English-speaking tour guide explained a lot of history very diligently. The overall experience was very comfortable, and the vehicle was also very comfortable and high-end, with more comfortable seating than tour buses in Taiwan. I didn't see many reviews, but I thought I'd give it a try, and it turned out to be great. I asked and found out it was a travel agency that's been operating for a long time. Awesome! We also hired a Chinese-speaking tour guide who was excellent and very diligently explained a lot, and also introduced us to Hanoi beyond the itinerary, including food and other attractions.
