- Visit Richmond Town
- Check in at Salamanca Place, and also visit when the Saturday market is open
- Climb Mount Wellington for panoramic views of Hobart
- Go to an oyster farm, where you can taste fresh oysters at your own expense
What to expect
In the morning, we will drive to the well-preserved Richmond Town in Australia, where you will visit Australia’s oldest stone arch bridge, built in 1823, and the Catholic Church, built in 1836. The old bakeries and dessert shops in the town are also popular attractions for tourists. This is also a filming location for the Hong Kong movie “A Second Chance to Love.” Next, we will visit Salamanca Place. [We will also visit when the market is open every Saturday] In the afternoon, we will ascend Mount Wellington, which is 1270 meters above sea level, offering a spectacular panoramic view of Hobart and the surrounding sea. Next, we will visit Australia’s oldest brewery (exterior view). We will also go to Tasmania’s famous oyster farm, where you can taste fresh Pacific oysters (at your own expense).

Reviews
The itinerary was well-paced and not too rushed, perfect for a relaxing day. When we arrived at Market Square, it wasn't a Saturday, so there was no market. Our guide, Xiao Ming, recommended the fish and chips at Mures Lower Deck, but I personally found them to be just average. Those who are interested can give it a try.
