The one-day ski trip is very convenient, with a special shuttle service. The tour guide, Mr. Duan, is very kind and enthusiastic. He helped us carry our ski equipment and bags when we were short on time on the way back, which we really appreciated. You can leave other unused items in the car with the driver, saving you the cost of a locker. The tour group travels in a mid-sized bus. This particular weekday was a small group of about 10 people. Although it was a bit rainy, it didn't affect the skiing 🎿. We purchased ski equipment and were able to choose whether we wanted to ski with two planks or one. The ski suit was very clean and new, and the ski equipment was also very good. The snow was very soft, but I recommend that beginners bring protective gear for safety and to reduce pain. We didn't hire an instructor this time because we have a background in ice skating. We watched videos and observed the Chinese instructor next door teaching. The journey takes about 2 hours each way, so you can buy some breakfast to eat on the bus. Just focus on skiing once you get there. The lift ticket control is very relaxed. Even though we only bought a one-time ticket, the attendant didn't even look the first time, so some of us rode two or three times XD before skiing down.

It was an exciting and fun experience. Being able to experience snow and went to a ski resort were great. The tour guide is helpful and everything went smoothly. The bus was also clean. The trip to Yuzawa and back to Ueno is fast and on time. Overall, it was a valuable experience for our big family.
I had a great time with my family. The resort ticket included free sleds. There was also enough time if you want to learn and do skiing or snow boarding. Transportation and travel was very convenient.
trip was great overall, the only negative thing is we almost got left going back to Tokyo. In understand that there is a set time but the host should have checked is everybody was back in the bus before leaving. Imangine the nightmare if we have been left but nice trip. Will definitely do it again!
Our tour guide, Yoyo, was wonderful, diligent, and responsible. The driver drove very safely and arrived on time. The sights were beautiful, creating wonderful memories. I would participate again next time.

The tour guide was very friendly and the service was very attentive.
The journey is long, 6 hours round trip, but seeing and playing in the snow is very worth it. The seats weren't full that day, so being able to choose your favorite seat was really great. Spending half a day at the snow resort, you can ski up the mountain and take the ski lift ⛷️, which is pretty good 👍 (it would be even more exciting if there were coach lessons available that day).

- Please be punctual for the meeting time: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (such as lateness, getting lost, or feeling unwell), a refund will not be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
- This tour is a fixed route group tour, and you will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the journey. Stopping at locations other than the designated attractions is not permitted.
- Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also acts as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour. (In the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the tour guide's explanations may be relatively brief.)
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather. We regret that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should register with caution or allow ample time.
- Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2000 per piece on the spot. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a liability waiver from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure. Please return the signed form to us to ensure travel safety.

- To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
- If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the tour starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
