Why does my order status say "Completed participation" before I have even used the ticket?
A "Completed" status simply means your voucher has been successfully issued and your booking is finalized, it does not mean the ticket has been used. If you cannot find your booking under "Trips" please check the "All Booking" tab in your account to view and download your QR code. Your ticket remains fully valid for entry until the expiry date shown on the voucher.
