The date selected upon booking is your actual tour date. Please arrive at the meeting point on time as indicated on your confirmation email. After your payment is successful, we will process your order immediately, and the e-ticket will be sent directly to your email address.

[Group Tour] The minimum number of participants for a group tour is 4, and the maximum is 20. The meeting time is 12:45 PM, and the tour will start promptly at 1:00 PM. You will be notified 1 day prior to departure if the tour is confirmed.

[Private Tour] The maximum number of participants for a private tour is 20. The price is calculated per group. An additional £5 will be charged for each additional person. If your group exceeds 20 people, please contact customer service separately.

[About the Tour] This tour service does not include admission tickets to attractions. If you wish to enter the attractions, please purchase tickets separately. For attractions requiring tickets, the tour guide will provide explanations outside the attraction. You may purchase tickets and enter after the explanation.
