❄️ Warmth and Slip Prevention: Please wear windproof and warm coats, hats, gloves, thick socks, and non-slip snow boots/shoe covers are strongly recommended; you can prepare warm pads.

🥾 Road Surface and Walking: Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and Elf Terrace mostly have icy roads/steps, please slow down and take care of children and the elderly.

⏰ Schedule and Lighting: The lighting is during official hours and may be adjusted or canceled due to weather/equipment; we will fine-tune the order or replace it with equivalent attractions.

🚐 Gathering and Vehicles: Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance; fasten your seat belts in the car, and luggage should be small and portable.

🌲 Private Land Etiquette: Christmas trees (around private farmland) Please take pictures on the designated roadside, do not enter the snowfields, and do not use drones.

🌌 Night Viewing: The temperature is lower and the wind is stronger at dusk and night, and the bridge surface (Shirahige Falls) is especially cold; please properly secure your mobile phone camera.

🍱 Meals and Restrooms: Restaurants and toilets are sparsely distributed along the route, and the guide will arrange suitable stops.

🧾 Fees and Shopping: Some small shops may prefer cash; please obtain permission before taking photos of works in the store.

🧑‍⚕️ Health and Safety: People who are sensitive to low temperatures, photosensitive/cardiovascular and other people should do what they can, and carry common medicines and emergency contact information with them.

📩 Pre-departure Tips

• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 on the day before departure, including: meeting time, guide contact information and vehicle license plate number, please pay attention to check it (may go to the spam mailbox).
• If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure. Late arrivals will be regarded as automatic abandonment and no refunds will be given.
• If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the guide and join the itinerary group according to the information in the email for timely communication.
• Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the itinerary so that the guide or staff can contact you in time.
• The small car tour provides Chinese driver/guide services and independent sightseeing. Due to language service limitations, Japanese and English can only provide pick-up and drop-off time reminders and corresponding explanations of attraction names, and do not provide full Japanese/English tour guidance or in-depth explanation services. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you have motion sickness or seasickness, please make preparations in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

• Infants aged 0–2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but must be informed in advance to avoid being refused service by the driver due to vehicle overload.
