This time, I had highlights and a hair treatment. My hair had become fragile after a previous bleaching and dyeing, and now new hair was growing in at the roots, a stark mix of black and white. Although we didn't speak the same language, Director Chaerin patiently examined my hair, and we communicated using a translation app. She clearly stated that highlights wouldn't be sufficient to cover the gray hair and suggested either bleaching and dyeing or a full head of color. Bleaching and dyeing would be too damaging, and a single color for the whole head would be too monotonous. After some discussion, she finally agreed to do highlights. She meticulously picked out the areas with more gray hair for the highlights and then colored the rest of my hair. After the hair treatment, my hair has never felt so soft. I am extremely satisfied with the overall result and their service. If I get the chance to visit Seoul again, I will definitely go back to Chaerin for my hair. I came here for a haircut without any idea in mind as it was an impulse decision but the stylist was very understanding and kind to me. Even though there was a language barrier, he tried his best to communicate with me the steps and to make me comfortable, giving me a pretty style in the end. Hoping for a new image in Korea, a new hairstyle. The stylist slightly modified the length and made changes to the styling, which already gives a fresh feeling. I really like it and am very satisfied. 🩷🩷
