Hanoi's Heritage: Embroidery Workshop in Traditional House

We had a detailed meeting beforehand on WhatsApp, and I was able to participate with peace of mind because I received detailed information about the meeting place the night before. On the day of the tour, I took a limousine bus in front of the Opera House early in the morning, and the ride was so comfortable that it was the most pleasant travel time of this trip. Our guide, Banban, was very cheerful and friendly, which made it easy to relax and participate. Time flew by as we cruised on the lake by boat, but surprisingly, we were rocking on the boat for two hours... It was such a fulfilling day that I didn't even notice! The meal was at a buffet restaurant operated by the tour company along the way. There was a wide variety of dishes to suit the cultures of the multinational guests, and I was able to eat my fill. Those who wished could also cycle from the restaurant. As for the bus ride, we stopped at service areas once or twice on the way there and back for coffee & toilet breaks. Although I participated without understanding the language, it is a tour where you can fully enjoy the atmosphere with a translation app in one hand.

I participated in the embroidery experience, and it was a truly fun and meaningful time. They taught us so well that everyone, from beginners to intermediate and advanced embroiderers, could enjoy it! It was even more special because they made the embroidery I stitched myself into a pouch.

A very interesting embroidery class where you express Hanoi's lotus flowers stitch by stitch. It's perfect for a calming travel experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice workshop. It was light and easy embroidery class. The instructor taught me very well on the techniques of embroidery and help me prepare all the colour threads. During the class, I was also served with tea and mung bean cakes, absolutely delicious!

Such a nice, relaxing experience and a great break from the loud city. The host is very friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she really cares about making everyone feel comfortable. The space is calm and peaceful, making it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. Definitely recommend!

1-to-1 Guided embroidery session with experienced instructor(s) with patient and encouragement! 2 hours hands on session with demo and some help for first timers! Enjoyed the craft and session alot!
