Reviews
The itinerary offers great value, and the guide's explanations are thorough, allowing first-time visitors to quickly understand the area. They patiently answer any questions.
Taiwanese travelers, please enter first using your passport (free of charge). Afterward, proceed to the service counter on the second floor to redeem your vouchers (food vouchers and souvenir vouchers). Then, go to the visitor center, where a guide will be available according to the schedule. If you plan to dine or buy souvenirs, these vouchers offer great value.
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) | Disorganized arrangements, overall experience fell short of expectations, low value for money. After participating in this activity, I felt that the overall arrangements had many areas needing improvement. For the price of $433 per person, the value for money was quite low: Itinerary Arrangement: 1. Insufficient Information and Instructions: The itinerary description in the Klook App was not clear enough. Upon arrival, there were absolutely no signs. When I asked staff how to enter, they told me to scan a QR code, but it turned out the on-site system didn't accept Klook's QR code, and I couldn't get in for a while. After finally getting in, it took a long time and asking several staff members to find out the meeting point and where to redeem vouchers. What's more, each staff member gave slightly different information, as if everyone was just guessing. 2. Poor Time Management, Superficial Tour: The ticket included a guided tour. Klook required assembly at 2:00 PM, but the earliest tour didn't start until 4:10 PM, leaving two hours with absolutely nothing to do. The tour content was also quite perfunctory, only showing the surface facilities. I had originally hoped to learn more about the horses' living environment, training areas, or staff passages, but none of that was covered, and the explanations offered no surprises. 3. Subpar Food Quality: The ramen provided by the restaurant was disappointing; the noodles were too soft, making for a very mediocre experience. The drink voucher also offered too few choices, and the drinks were not of high value. Only Highlight: The escape room on-site was relatively interesting. Those who are interested can book it and give it a try.
Even though it rained heavily, it was a very interesting experience.
The tour guide was good but you get this free anyway. we bought the buy one get one free so it was a good deal. However, you can arrive early and walk around. you should be able to see everything too. Also, you get free entrance with a passport or pay HK$10 (£1) for entrance anyway.
I used this ticket for Hong Kong Champions Day. In conclusion, this ticket did not grant access to the Members' Enclosure. Although it advertised "World Gourmet" including dining options within the Members' Enclosure, it could only be used at designated dining establishments in the general area. There was also a tour, but I couldn't make it to the meeting point due to the large crowd, so I don't know the details of the local tour. On a positive note, I was pleased to receive a 15% off coupon that could be used at shops similar to Japan's Turfy Shop.
I feel ripped off. I wanted to see the show in Warsaw, but the girl at the entrance directed me to a spot where I couldn't see anything. She told me that area was full, but it turned out there was standing room available above that section. I ended up foolishly watching on a big screen. The food was worse than a fast-food restaurant, and the tour groups were a complete waste of time. Where did my $88 go after being scammed by Klook like this?
The arrangements were terrible, and the staff seemed completely clueless. It was definitely not worth the price.
