Ticket Booking Guide

• Early Bird ticket sales open at 2:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026.
• There are Early Bird and Regular tickets. Regular tickets will be available after Early Bird tickets are sold out.
• Early Bird tickets are limited in quantity and sold at a discounted price, so they may sell out early.
• Each person may purchase up to four (4) tickets per event day. (Example: A person may buy up to 4 tickets for Saturday and 4 tickets for Sunday, totaling a maximum of 8 tickets)
• This event is open to all ages, and children under 8 years old (born in 2019 or later) are admitted free of charge.
• Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian to enter.
• Detailed event information will be updated continuously, so please be sure to check the official ticketing site and social media channels before the event. (Instagram @ata_festival_official)

Ticket Types

• There are three (3) types of tickets: Saturday 1-Day Pass, Sunday 1-Day Pass, and Saturday-Sunday 2-Day Pass.
• To purchase the 2-Day Pass, please select "Saturday" as your preferred date and choose the 2-Day Pass option.
• Guests who purchase a 2-Day Pass will receive a 2-Day Pass wristband, which grants access until the end of Sunday's event. Please take special care not to lose or damage the wristband before the event concludes on Sunday.
• On-site sales will be conducted only while ticket inventory remains; if all tickets are sold out, no on-site sales will take place.
• Tickets purchased on-site cannot be canceled or refunded, so please purchase carefully.

Ticket Booth Operation and Entry

• Ticket booth and entry opening notice updates will be announced at a later date, responsive to capacity.
• Entry operation starts on a first-come, first-served basis; entry numbers are assigned based on the order in which you stand in line on the day of the event.
• Upon entry, you must enter after exchanging your purchased ticket for a wristband at the ticket booth. You cannot enter with only a ticket and without a wristband.
• Once issued, tickets and wristbands cannot be re-issued under any circumstances. You must keep your ticket and wristband without losing, damaging, or removing it until you exit. Sharing wristbands is strictly forbidden; so please take special care to keep it secure.
• Valid Day Pass tickets must be exchanged on Saturday; they may not be exchanged without a respective Saturday validation process.
• You can legally watch the show once inside the gate, regardless of line orders. However, if you leave the venue for an extended duration, or if you have already had an official booking validation with verified identity and specialized/legal confirmation regarding stage visibility, the organizers cannot guarantee the same space will be available for restriction.
• External security personnel will observe and enforce field regulations to allow fair accessibility.

Wristband Exchange Procedure

For mobile ticket holders

• Present valid physical ID > Pay for ticket, present exchange verification > Wear the wristband and enter the venue
• To confirmation of identity (holder matches up validation), please prepare along with the ticket purchase confirmation document / mobile ticket.
• Koreans: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Application for Resident Registration Certificate, Youth Card (Student ID cannot be checked)
• Teenagers under 19 (Middle & High Schoolers): Passport, Youth Card, Student ID, Publicly recognized qualification certificate with clear photo identification
• Foreign Nationals: Alien Registration Card, Passport, Residence Report Card
• Assisting for registration with copy of ID cannot be accepted. Required physical card/document original version must be presented, and copy or photo version cannot be used.
• If physical verification of booking details does not match the actual registration recipient or identity information on card verification system, registration entry cannot be allowed, and in this case, the purchaser responsible for checking compliance validation before arrival process, standard rules will apply for cancellation or adjustments according to standard ticket processing.
• "Third party pickup" is allowed for legal families only when booking validation documents and proof of legal relationship (Family Relation Certificate or Resident Registration Document) are provided. Request for receipt adjustment verification will be supported based on regulatory requirements.
• Admission process cannot take place under other names, requests must be accommodated strictly for validation of actual regular user of the ticket purchased for proper entry validity.

Items Permitted Inside the Venue

• Resealable beverages in PET bottles (500ml or less) per person standard.
• Food brought within external container is strictly prohibited inside the venue, inside clean containers with simple individual portions are permitted.
• Baby food and food for therapeutic special dietary restrictions are allowed inside.
• Wheelchairs and strollers for baby utilities (restricted in specific crowd zones).
• Disposable raincoats (bring 100% reusable personal gear is highly recommended if rainfall occurs).
• Foldable tables under 40cm total height permitted for terrace or seating spaces.
• Small sizes personal bags / backpacks.
• Mats and camping mats strictly limited within the specific "Mat Zone" location inside the venue (tenting, camping etc. is strictly restricted).

Items Prohibited Inside the Venue

• All types of alcohol / alcoholic drinks.
• Resealable beverages in PET bottles exceeding 500ml.
• Bottles made of glass, cans, external beverages stored in non-approved packaging.
• Food inside disposable containers or disposable plastic packages.
• Delivery food items (pizza, fast food, chicken, and other processed items).
• Camping tents, canopies, sun shades, camping chairs, table/mats exceeding standard size.
• Large carrier luggage/suitcases, large musical equipment, items that obstruct standard passenger pathways including carts, kickboards, bicycles, drones, personal transportation equipment.
• Firecrackers, explosives, dangerous materials, substances that yield flammable gases, weapons, illegal substances.
• All animals / pets (excluding guide dogs).
• Professional professional recording equipment (DSLR, video cameras, tripod platforms, telephoto lenses, etc.).
• Entrance entry checks, food item inspection and dangerous item checks will be conducted at the entry checkpoint prior to ticket verification processes.
• Discovered non-approved items during verification checks can be collected by on-site operations or entry might be restricted.
• We requested item storage options are "NOT prepared". Please ensure to keep in your own luggage space safely prior to entry.

Viewing Guide

• This is an unassigned seating venue; anyone can freely observe the view from standing spots and available mats.
• Actions restricting view for others or behavior causing severe obstruction within venue space areas is restricted.
• Moving during performance times to front-row spots may be restricted for safety.
• Please be responsible for personal belongings. The event organization cannot be held responsible for handling item loss or issues with matching luggage.
• Any physical damage/disaster or emergency case during performance for viewer safety, please reach out directly to nearest operating personnel or medical team member for immediately response.
• Visual/audio content recording including sound, video and broadcasting operations without separate contract/approval is restricted. The event operator reserves rights for legal claim against unauthorized production or distribution of video or audio material.
• For visual assets uploaded on broadcast streams, digital promotional content updates, viewer images could be included and the images may be utilized across media streams.
• Smoking is allowed strictly inside the designated smoking zones.
• In cases of heavy rain or severe weather, please follow standard heavy weather instructions and instructions from local operations teams on site.
• Illegal merchandise sales, distributing flyers, or unauthorized commercial activities inside or nearby venue perimeter grounds without consent is prohibited.

Photography Inside the Venue

• Any performance-related video or voice recording by personal operating machinery is prohibited except everyday short video recording for personal memory; commercial usage may receive restrictive penalties.
• No cameras standard format can be used; large specialized photography gear (such as DSLR, video recording equipment, extra telephoto lenses, tripod etc.) for commercial recording is strictly prohibited.
• Refusal to storage requested items and repeating unapproved recording behavior can lead to forceful removal from the event under specialized management guidelines.

Directions - Nanji Hangang Park (487-132 Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul)

• Public Transportation: Bus 7011 (Seoul Metropolitan Bus) - Get off at the "Nanji Hangang Park" stop (Please consult map routes or online transport services for up-to-date accurate scheduling updates).
• Free Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus operations will be run between Digital Media City Station (Line 6) and the venue. Detailed schedules and pickup location details will be announced through the official platform channels at a later date.
• Parking:
• The temporary parking lot on site is extremely small; severe traffic congestion and delays can occur on event dates. Utilizing public transport options or carpooling options are strongly recommended for time-saving.
• In case of park on-site, parking fees must be settled individually at standard public parking payment rates on exiting.
