- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Hot-spot sharing may cause speed drop and device heat
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The SIM card can be topped up at any phone shops with a banner with "Jual Pulsa" on it outlet

I highly recommend purchasing this SIM for your Bali trip! The signal was great and there's data coverage everywhere you go. I was able to post pictures of my trip on social media in real time because the connection was fast and convenient. They also had it delivered directly to our hotel. From picking up by Ketut who was nice and friendly with a built in GPS navigation in his brain to that lovely kind patient tour instructor/guid Comang, photographers who offered us a discount as we left our card at the hotel and lastly the hospitality staff in that built-with-love dining area. Highly recommended to those who will be staying in Bali for a week or more! Telkomsel works anywhere in Bali! I went to Lempuyang, Bedugul, Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak and Uluwatu and even Nusa Penida and no signal and data interruption! I love it! Plus they notify you via Whatsapp if they have delivered the simcard to the hotel. Recommended!

I booked this for my parents' anniversary along with other activities I also booked through Klook. Before their trip, I was already in contact with the sim provider. I had to make sure they'll be able to deliver and help my parents install/setup the sim cards as part of their fine print. They assured me that they will deliver around the same time my parents arrive at the hotel and if they dont, they made sure that the hotel can help them with it. Its nice that they have hotel service option as I didnt want my parents to go through extra hassle of finding the sim provider at the airport. Easy redemption, just follow the steps as per guidance & the sim card will be delivered to your hotel. I spent 12 days in Bali & Java island, the internet coverage is excellent. Plese be reminded the cost of internet sim card activation in Denpasar airport is way more expensive.

Repeat order for the service many times. Really good can be trusted. They sent email & messages prior of delivery date to inform for related documents submission. To activate the simcard is easy & work really good. Recommend this for all tourist to bali. Cheaper compared to airport and shop. Bali is so beautiful
