- Hotels offer various room types (King/Queen/twin doubles) for 2-4 people, require guest cooperation for credit card deposits, and check-in is typically after 15:00, with specific room types not guaranteed
- This tour does not accept City Pass or personal attraction tickets, and attraction/meal prices can change without notice, with no refunds for lower prices
- The operator may adjust the itinerary for operational ease without reducing included items
- If attractions are closed the operator will adjust or replace them, considered force majeure, and fees are non-refundable
- Children aged 0-7 require a booster seat (USD 10/person/day rental available upon request when booking), with fines for non-compliance borne by guests, though the fee is refunded for bus-only travel
- Normal health is required for full participation, and passengers with disabilities needing assistance must provide advance notification to the operator to attempt accommodation
- The operator reserve the right to transfer passengers between vehicles en route if operating conditions require it
- Leaving the group requires advance consent from the tour guide, signing a departure agreement, and results in forfeiture of the group fee for the unfinished portion
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus and in most hotel rooms, with guests responsible for any hotel-charged penalties (e.g., at least USD 250/night for non-smoking rooms)
