Additional Information:

  • You will be charged for the entire duration of your trip only. If you are departing on 1 May and returning on 5 May, you will be charged for 5 days of usage. Please select your departure date during time of booking
  • This particular service is only provided for Mainland China, with device pick up and drop off at your address. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
  • Wi-fi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email

International Fair Usage Policy

  • If the 500MB daily data limit (Fair Use Policy) has been reached, the speed will be capped at 3G
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, etc., or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
  • Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Security Deposit

  • 4G Pocket WiFi: PHP2,000

Other Fees

  • In case of loss, you must pay the following additional charges:
  • 3G Pocket WiFi: PHP2,000
  • 4G Pocket WiFi: PHP5,000
  • USB cord: PHP300
  • Case: PHP500
  • Manual: PHP50

Delivery and Return Procedure:

  • Please indicate your address at check out. The WiFi device will be delivered to you at least 2 days before your departure date
  • The WiFi device will be picked up from the address you gave 1-2 days after your trip, our courier will contact you to coordinate the pick up

Delivery Procedure

  • Delivery time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
  • Simply select your required number of days when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, you can pay for extra days on return
  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device
  • Please note: You will be asked to leave a security deposit. The amount will be refunded once you return the device

Return Procedure

  • Return time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
  • Return the device to the courier
  • Receive your deposit refund
  • Pay for any additional days used
  • In case of late return, lost or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit, if the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

Activation Procedure:

  • To activate the wifi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all 3 indicator lights will flash green
  • The indicator will light up in succession as the Hotspot connects to a local network
  • When not in use, the device should be switched off
  • Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all lights go off
