Led by seasoned farming families who have preserved time-honored recipes for generations, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic Korean dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested locally. The class is held in a tranquil farming village, providing a serene setting where you can slow down and savor every moment.

Korean Traditional Food Class with Rural Farmers

Rice Flower’s Farmer “Byeoggot Nongbu” located in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Local food market includes a culinary experiential complex. It has a Kitchen Lab offering different cooking and food preparation workshops centered around rice produce.

You can learn to make Gochujang, the traditional red chili paste commonly used in Korean dishes like bibimbap and tteokbokki.

You can take the finished gochujang home as a souvenir, and you can also enjoy delicious bibimbap mixed with gochujang.

Experience the making of "Yeonyipbap' using 100% domestic ingredients that are goodfor your body.

Experience making a delicious and healthy convenience food by gently layering fiveseasonal garnishes on top of soft, fragrant glutinous rice infused with the subtle aromaof the finest lotus leaves!

In the Makgeolli Experience, you can learn about the principles of fermentation using yeast and rice, make makgeolli yourself, and even taste it.

In the ginseng honey extract experience, you can make your own honey extract using fragrant domestic ginseng and natural honey. It can be used even after aging, making it a popular healthy souvenir.

Have fun making traditional market snack Oranda with your own hands! By carefully mixing the glutinous rice and fried rice and pressing it to harden, you can complete a crunchy old-fashioned snack.

Reservations can be made from 1 person and the minimum number of participants is 4. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and notification will be sent via email or message 2 days prior to departure.
Children under 6 years old must participate with a guardian, and no separate experience kit is provided.
