Usage reminder
- This is inclusive of Pocket WiFi device, Unlimited high-speed 4G data, 14 hour battery life when fully charged, 4 x USB 5A charger USB cable for WiFi or Android, and WiFi protective case
- WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that they have been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
- There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged the original retail price of HKD33 per day for Hong Kong Only, HKD44 per day for Hong Kong and Macau, and HKD50 per day for Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China upon returning the device, Charges will be deducted from the deposit or additional on-site payment

I’ve booked with them multiple times already. Always easy to find and has quick service. The internet connection is good most everywhere. The battery also lasts a whole day, so no worries about having to recharge it in the middle of the day. Also, for the first time ever, I forgot to return the pocket WiFi before entering the Boarding Gates area. There is no way to exit anymore after going through Immigration. We contacted Song WiFi customer service and they replied after 10 mins. They gave me the solution to send back the device through DHL/FedEx within 2 days so as not to get late fees. It was a hassle but I’m just grateful they were very prompt and helpful. Always remember to return the device BEFORE entering Departure area!

Deposit/Return: You usually need to pay a deposit (e.g., HK$500) and must remember to return the device to the airport counter. We were a family travelling so we got the wifi instead of just getting individual esims. Pickup location was easy to find and very fast process of issuing the device. Although the charging could have been checked upon pickup to ensure the device charges properly. The signal is okay overall and we were able to use it in HK and Macau.
