Our recent stay at Cuiheng Tower was a mixed experience. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were very efficient. Our room was exceptionally spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and it featured a fantastic private hot spring. Additionally, the resort offered a very convenient golf cart shuttle service, transporting us to and from the main building. Unfortunately, the breakfast service at the restaurant significantly detracted from our overall experience. The restaurant was extremely crowded and chaotic, clearly due to understaffing, as tables weren't being cleared and food wasn't replenished in a timely manner. While the accommodation itself was excellent, the dining operations definitely need better management.

We are 2 couples who stayed one night at this lovely resort. Staff were all kind and helpful. There were some communication challenges and the translate app on our phone was handy for that. Slight minor issue with our door lock strangely constantly beeping when we were about to leave for breakfast. I called the front desk and someone was sent to fix the issue in no time. Unfortunately the lock beeped again but we were already about to leave for check out. The experience here exceed our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hot Springs facility was amazing. If you go in the evening, mind your steps. Some areas lacked lighting. Expect to dodge cigarette smoke in some area. Breakfast was surperb. Resort offered cart service if beeded. Would definitely book again

We were extremely pleased with the one night stay at this beautiful hot springs resort and intent to return. The check in process was pretty seamless. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot Spring facility wasn’t terribly busy so we’d have the entire pool to ourselves most of the time. Multiple staff members in the change rooms kindly lead us to the assigned locker which we were given a wrist device to lock and unlock lockers and there were plenty of amenities provided such as shampoo, body wash, towels, hair dryer and spin / dry machine for our swimsuits as well as plastic bags for wet items. They also kept the place clean and spotless. Unlimited and complementary beverages and towels were provided for guests outside at the pools. The staff at the pools kept the area clean. My only complaint are the guests who are the strong scent of cigarettes smoke outside that affected the experience and it’s no fault of the staff. Breakfast at the cafeteria was excelllent. Thank you.

It's pretty basic, just a simple, affordable place with a decent environment. At least it's comfortable. This time, I came on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded, which was quite nice. Overall, the price is acceptable, and there are plenty of food options nearby.

Service: The front desk, restaurant, and all staff were very polite. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Breakfast: Buffet style, acceptable.

The hotel room is located in a business park. It's a queen room that feels a bit dated, but it's well-maintained, generally clean, and fully equipped. The only downside is there were a lot of mosquitoes. There's a hot spring in the park, but it was too crowded during the National Day holiday, so the experience wasn't great.

Breakfast: Average, not a wide selection Service: Front desk staff didn't smile much, but the cleaning lady was much more cheerful Cleanliness: Found two large spiders in the room, which was scary

Overall, I was satisfied, although it was much smaller compared to the hot springs. Breakfast was just okay, pretty average, and could definitely be improved. My biggest dissatisfaction was at the very end. The place where we parked was a dead-end street. We were packing our luggage, which took about a minute, when the train delivery kept rushing us. The horn blew at least 10 times, hurrying us to leave. That made me quite unhappy. After all, we are customers, even if that doesn't mean everything. Couldn't they have waited just a minute or two for us to finish packing our luggage?

Overall, the service was quite good. Although the hot spring wasn't very large and there weren't too many people, the swimming pool was consistently closed, possibly due to a lack of lifeguards. The most annoying part was when we were packing up to leave, a staff member delivering goods in a truck actually rushed us out. Considering it's a tourist area, I was quite dissatisfied.

A very good experience. The rooms and hot springs were also very clean.
