This tour was terrible. The driver and guide were late and completely clueless. They drove erratically and didn't know the way. When we arrived at the castle, they just handed us the tickets and told us to explore on our own, without providing any information. When asked about the history, special attractions, or good restaurants in Cesky Krumlov, they told us to look it up on Google Maps. What a terrible guide! How can someone like that charge for their services? They kept bragging about living in the Czech Republic for 30 years, yet they hadn't even been inside Cesky Krumlov town or the castle. How can they call themselves a guide? Klook is also awful for allowing such unfiltered suppliers to sell products. There's no integrity whatsoever. You don't screen your products or suppliers, making customers guinea pigs. This behavior is infuriating. When I return to Taiwan, I will directly report these issues to the media to let everyone know how bad Klook is!!!
