Had trouble trying to reach the operator as we had to call once as land for them to send the pick up car. The pick up location was too vague and and we couldn't find the car at the pick up bay which has at least 15 pick up lots. We were picked up only on the 3rd try, after 1 hour later and it was late and we were so tired. Plus we were one of the last few to be dropped off after having 5 of us squeezing into a small car (not a mini van, but a car) together with all our big luggage. Kudos to the driver to be able to squeeze all the luggage together.

Once we reached the airport, we fumbled with setting up our phone with the USA sim card as we needed to call the operator for the car to be sent for us to pick us up. The pick up point was not clear as there were a lot of pick up points in the airport and even for the pick up bay where there seems to be a lot of pick up services, there was no sign specifically for the operator we book which is the pick up point and we waited one hour just to be picked up after the we could not find the first 2 cars. Even though their SMS sents a live tracking link of the car, it doesnt specifically shows where is the pick up at the airport terminal which can be frustrating after a long day of flying.

Difficult communication with the pick up operator. I have waited for more than an hour just to get a ride to my hotel. To make it worst, i was the last one to be dropped off.

I hate writing bad reviews. Other experiences with Klook have been great. Not this one. I asked the driver to confirm if the hotel was right since it had a different name. He replied that it was a name change. It wasn't. I told him that i thought my hotel was closer to the Icon Park, and he answered back that I was wrong. I was right. I asked him to drop me, at least, a little closer to the park, and was a no-no, and the "should've say it before"argument was brought. So, between the gratuity that I was kind enough to give, and the Uber I requested, I spent two times my estimated budget. No hard feelings.
