Asked the organizing agency for vehicle and driver information a day earlier, but never received a response! Fortunately, they showed up that morning, and the driver's service attitude was excellent! Also, there was an earthquake after the trip ended that day, and the contractor sent a message of concern, which made up for some of the points lost for not replying to us earlier! 😆😆
