Our guide Nhi understood our needs and customised an amazing itinerary for us. She’s a great people person. However, the driver needs improvement - almost every time we had to walk to him (even Grab drivers come to you!), small changes needed his “approval” like he was the manager and at the attractions he didn’t wait in the car but next to and near us which was uncomfortable for us. Finally he asked for a tip. what a joke!
The guide, Snow, is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She has helped us to take good photos. We had full body massage as we; however we had to pay extra for private room.

5 stars for the guide, Snow. She has explained a lot of interesting things during the tour, more than we expected. Also She is quite flexible. As the wave was very strong. we replaced the beach plan by visiting another cave. We’ve really enjoyed the tour with her. The message was ok, not the best one, not the worst one. 3 stars for the SPA. We recommend the tour with Snow.
