The motorbike tour with Kio was an amazing experience! We visited valuable historical sites that tell the story of Vietnam, such as the Saigon Central Post Office, Book Street, Reunification Palace, the memorial to Thích Quảng Đức, and the Hầm Vũ Khí Bí Mật (Secret Weapon Cellar), a historical building that served as both a coffee shop and a secret armory. We also visited the Thiên Hậu Temple and some delicious local restaurants. Kio's English was very easy to understand, and he used pictures to help explain everything, which was very informative. I was traveling alone, but it became a wonderful memory. I would like to join again with my family next time. Thank you, Kio!
Our guide, Hana, was a great help with her excellent Japanese. She had a wonderful personality, and it was a fun tour. There was also plenty of food, so you'll be full; it's best not to eat before the tour.
I was worried for a moment after the sudden downpour, but the ao dai uniforms are distinctive, so meeting up was smooth. The rain stopped soon after we started the tour. The heat from earlier disappeared, making for a comfortable night tour. Since it was scooter-based, it was safe with no sudden starts. It was comfortable listening to the guide's explanations while moving. The tour introduced Vietnam's history and unique aspects of present-day Ho Chi Minh City. The content of the explanations might vary depending on the guide, but ours taught us the origins of things in a quiz-like format and also shared fun facts about how to eat and dining etiquette for the food. All the flavors exceeded my expectations, which was a pleasant surprise. I regretted not coming with a emptier stomach... during my trip, my appetite was always the biggest limitation. We were given a thorough and efficient guided tour, and at the end, during the night view along the Saigon River, we even saw some fireworks, perhaps by chance? It was a wonderful 3.5 hours that flew by.
I enjoyed this tour a lot. The guide and rider, Kim Duyen, was knowledgeable as a guide and very safe as a rider. I truly appreciated her effort to make the experience feel tailored and comfortable. Her punctuality and flexibility were impressive throughout the tour. I’m sure she can meet the expectations of all kinds of travelers. Highly recommended!
