What to expect
A private transfer offers the perfect start to your holiday, saving you from hunting taxis or (crowded buses) to your destination. Your driver will pick you up from your Xi’an downtown hotel, airport, or North Station (high-speed rail) and drive you to the Terracotta Warriors. On arrival, they’ll assist with ticket purchases (at your expense) and confirm the meeting spot. Enjoy exploring independently, then regroup at the parking lot beside the white Qinshihuang statue for your return transfer to your hotel, airport, or train station.
Note: This is a transfer-only service. Entrance fees, meals, and guides are excluded. Drivers speak Chinese but use translation apps for communication.

This was great for us as we only had an overnight in Xian. We were picked up at hotel at 8.30, driven to the Terracotta Warriors and then back to airport. Everything worked really well and our driver took us to entrance to the warriors to make sure we were in the right line. It was very easy. Communication before the trip was excellent and we were never left guessing. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who is short on time and wants to see the warriors.
I know it's cheaper to order a taxi with DiDi, etc., but I prioritized peace of mind this time because I was traveling with family who aren't familiar with China. It was the right choice! They picked us up from the hotel lobby on the way there, and we arranged a time to meet the driver in front of the First Emperor statue on the way back. It might be helpful to exchange WeChat contacts with the driver for added reassurance. Once they knew we were Japanese, they used a translation app to communicate with us in the car, and they even took photos of us at the entrance to the site, among other acts of kindness. Just a heads-up that the initial booking email, which is entirely in English, might end up in your spam folder. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
