Review for: Quality bus tour

Extremely poor experience. The overall itinerary deviated significantly from the expected schedule. After arriving at Turpan North Station by bullet train at 10:28 AM, no tour guide contacted us. The return train was scheduled to depart from Turpan North at 10:18 PM. The connecting minibus broke down during the trip, and we waited a full hour in the absence of air conditioning before a replacement vehicle arrived. The original 17-seater was replaced with two 9-seater vehicles. We boarded the one without a guide and set off. There was no commentary throughout the journey. The weather was extremely hot, and the driver, in an attempt to save on highway tolls, took provincial and national roads instead of the highway, wasting an extra two hours on the road. The vehicle's air conditioning was also turned off at one point. The scheduled itinerary was not fully completed. The overall experience lacked quality and was extremely disappointing.

  • The train tickets are second-class seats, all of which are electronic tickets. After the ticket is issued, tourists need to go to the railway ticket window with their original ID card to change or refund the ticket. All train tickets are issued randomly, and specific carriages and seats cannot be guaranteed
  • The temperature in Turpan and Shanshan areas is around 35℃ during the day from May to around 45℃ in August, so you need to prepare sufficient sunscreen and heat-clearing and thirst-quenching medicines or granules to avoid being unable to withstand the overly dry and hot climate; the winter is dry from November to February, with a minimum temperature of minus 5℃
  • The tour times of the attractions in this product are all reference times; during the actual trip, without reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests, the tour guide (driver) may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of sightseeing attractions, etc.) according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure a smooth trip
