Luggage Information
- Luggage Calculation:
(1) The baggage size calculation standard is a 24-inch suitcase.
(2) Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces, and any vehicle can only accommodate two pieces of luggage.
- Oversized Baggage Fees and Allowable Baggage Dimensions:
(1) 20-inch: Height including wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Depth 22cm
(2) 24-inch: Height including wheels 65cm x Width 41cm x Depth 24cm
(3) 26 inches: 70cm (H) x 44cm (W) x 25cm (D) including wheels
(4) 29 inches: 75cm high x 48cm wide x 30cm deep (including wheels)
(5) If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch piece of luggage can be accommodated for each passenger less.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse service and will not issue a refund if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity.

This trip was an amazing experience. The driver picked us up directly from our hotel and dropped us back in the evening, providing a stress-free day of sightseeing. Before we entered each attraction, Mr. Ma gave us clear and helpful instructions, telling us where to go, what to expect to see, and when to meet up. Wonderful! Highly recommended.
Today I have travelled to Three natural bridges with my mom and aunt, the elderly. the service was very nice and we had a huge van with comfortable seats. Also, the driver, Than Than was very friendly. Even she tried her best to help us and to commucate via WeChat translation. Highly recommended.
The travel agency personnel confirmed the booking promptly and created chat group via WeChat the next day for ease of communication/ clarification. We were informed of the driver and vehicle’s details the day before the day tour and we communicated with the driver via WeChat too. The driver 小陈 was very punctual, polite and has good driving skills. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by the travel agency.

There is no information that this Wulong trip, the Three Natural Bridges have a one way 4 km trekking trip that wont be suitable for my elderly parents. I have informed the tour that I will bring my 85 year old father along, but no warning is given. But Mr Liu Gang, the driver, was very attentive and helpful to us. So we ended up only be able to enjoy the Fairy Mountain site only.
The driver had no passion and he was not sharing any travel trips when I asked him. He drove very fast and way over speed limit.
